Join us for the next event in the 2023 RF Events Challenge Series with a month-long virtual fitness road trip to Michigan colleges! A great way to get motivated for your monthly fitness goals! Virtually travel between Michigan colleges by logging your active minutes. One minute equals one real-world mile. Average 36 minutes per day to complete the road trip in June, or double it for twice the fun!
This is a personal challenge based on minutes you move. Walk/Running are a great challenge, you may bike/lift/yardio if that is more your speed. This challenge is based on completing one minute of activity for every mile it would take to travel between the stops.
This is a challenge to log 1081 moving minutes from June 1 to 30.

Alright.... what are the different ways I can make my way to all these fun locations?
1. Road Trip!
Take the entire month to hit all of the fun stops! This challenge is a total of 1081 moving minutes and will average you around 36 minutes per day!
When you hit the required amount of minutes to get to the next spot you can go to the website to unlock it and read up on all of the fun!
2. LONG HAUL!
Follow the same route as the road trip, TWICE! This challenge is a total of 2162 moving minutes for the month - an average of just under 72 minutes per day!
When you hit the required amount of minutes to get to the next spot you can go to the website to unlock it and read up on all of the fun, then turn around and do it all again!
